    Your enquiry goes to the member firm whose practice area and location fit the matter. If it needs more than one firm, we say so.

    A partner responds

    Ordinarily within one working day. The first reply comes from a chartered accountant who can discuss the substance.

    Scope before fee

    We agree what the work is and what it will produce before we quote for it.

    An enquiry does not create a professional relationship. No engagement exists until a member firm has issued and you have accepted an engagement letter.
