OUR EXPERTISE

Global Bookkeeping & Outsourcing

Accounting, payroll and compliance operations run from India to the standard of your home jurisdiction.

THE PRINCIPLE BEHIND OUR WORK

The purpose of a bookkeeping function is a record that can be relied on without re-performance. That requires the person maintaining it to understand the accounting framework it reports under, the business it describes, and what will be asked of it at year end. We staff and supervise on that basis, which is why our reviewers are qualified accountants rather than checkers.

OUR APPROACH

Clear thinking.
Considered advice.

Outsourcing fails when work is transferred without transferring the judgement that goes with it. A ledger maintained by someone who does not know what the numbers are for produces a clean-looking trial balance and an unusable set of accounts.

We document the process before we take it over — a written procedure covering how each transaction type is treated, who approves what, and where the source documents live. Transition without documentation guarantees drift.

We work in your systems and to your calendar. Whether the ledger is in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho, Tally or SAP, the record stays yours and remains accessible to you throughout.

We report exceptions rather than volume. A monthly pack tells you what closed, what did not, what is unreconciled and what needs a decision — not how many entries were passed.

WHAT WE DO

The substance
of the work.

Accounting, payroll and compliance operations run from India to the standard of your home jurisdiction.

Bookkeeping and financial reporting

Transaction processing, bank and control account reconciliations, month-end close, and preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP or UK GAAP as required.

Accounts payable and receivable operations

Invoice processing and approval workflow, vendor master governance, payment run preparation, customer invoicing, collections follow-up and ageing analysis.

Payroll processing

Payroll computation, statutory deductions and returns covering provident fund, ESI, professional tax and TDS, payslip distribution, full-and-final settlements, and multi-country payroll coordination.

Compliance operations

A maintained compliance calendar with owners and evidence: GST returns, TDS returns, advance tax, ROC filings, FEMA reporting and the routine statutory filings that carry disproportionate penalties when missed.

Management reporting

Monthly reporting packs, budget-to-actual variance analysis, cash-flow reporting, KPI dashboards and consolidation of multi-entity reporting into a single view.

Finance transformation and transition

Accounting system selection and migration, chart of accounts redesign, process documentation, automation of repetitive reconciliation and reporting, and structured knowledge transfer.

WHO WE HELP

Is this the right
support for you?

  • Overseas accounting and CPA firms seeking a qualified, supervised offshore team
  • Multinational groups consolidating Indian entity accounting and compliance
  • Companies whose finance team is absorbed by processing rather than analysis
  • Businesses replacing an accounting system or standardising across entities

QUESTIONS WE ARE ASKED

Start with the decision
in front of you.

  • Can our books be closed monthly, on a fixed date, without heroics?
  • How do we get IFRS or US GAAP reporting from an Indian ledger without duplicating work?
  • Who is accountable for our compliance calendar, and how do we evidence it?
  • Which parts of our finance process should be automated before they are outsourced?
